Care Assistants and Support Workers

At Abacus Care, we only employ carers who have a minimum of one year’s experience in the UK care sector, to ensure they are familiar with the requirements and environments of our clients. Applicants complete a rigorous recruitment process and we hold training courses throughout the year to ensure up to date knowledge and understanding of care skills. Many of our staff have or are working towards NVQ2 or higher in Health & Social Care or other relevant professional qualifications.

We have a range of carers registered with us who all have relevant experience and skills working in the care sector, ranging from elderly care, dementia, learning and physical disabilities, challenging behaviour, children, etc.
